This procedure reviews the documents necessary to comply with federal DOT regulations. The audit does not generate economic fines, but non-compliance with it may result in the cancellation of your company's registration.

The Safety Audit reviews how your company handles everything related to compliance with the regulations of the United States Department of Transportation, specifically, what applies to transportation companies.

What must be up to date for the Safety Audit:

• Security test: MCS-90 form.

• Drug and alcohol test: connection certificate, drug test result for drivers and list of active drivers.

• Report of Clearinghouse: proof of registration in the company's Clearinghouse, the driver and support of the Query.

• Hours of service: Logbook 30 consecutive days.
