If you are a single driver company, this membership is designed for you. This membership will provide you with a Consortium certificate, a drug and alcohol policy for your business, and a random testing program. These are REQUIRED by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) for all trucking companies that have drivers with a CDL and transport more than 26,001 lbs. or more than 16 passengers.
